BPM client is from Myanmar, he got a project located in Rangoon, the former capital of Myanmar. It is the largest city of Myanmar and the capital of Rangoon province. It is located in the Irrawaddy River Delta in the south of Myanmar, covering an area of 598 square kilometers. Yangon belongs to tropical monsoon climate, which is sunny and rainy in half a year. Moreover, the soil of Yangon is fertile alluvial soil, which is easy to be eroded by rain in rainy season, resulting in soil erosion. The north of Yangon is Yangon mountain, which is prone to landslides and debris flows in rainy season. High PP short fiber geotextile has good high strength, acid alkali and corrosion resistant properties, it is widely used in Myanmar using for laying geotextile for slope protection under grouted rip rap. In the north of Yangon is the Yangon mountain. Although the mountain is not very high, it is easy to have faults and landslides at the bottom of the mountain due to the loose soil and rain erosion in rainy season. The design of slope is not simply covered with geotextile. Firstly, the garbon box with stones is filled and then the gabion box is stacked on the mountain fault. In the process of stacking gabion box, the PP needle punch nonwoven geotextile fabric is often used to protect the bottom layer and inner layer of each gabion box (at the junction with the mountain fault), and wrap the gabion box to the greatest extent. Polypropylene needle punch nonwoven geotextile has good air permeability and water absorption, so as to cut off the outflow of gravel soil reasonably. It also has good water conductivity, it can generate a safe drainage channel in the sand, and discharge unnecessary liquid and vapor in the sand structure. The gabion mesh filled with stones can prevent the further occurrence of faults, while the geotextile has good filtration and protection performance. The use of needle punch nonwoven geotextile can improve the compressive strength and deformation resistance of sand, improve the stability of building structure, and improve the quality of sand. Reasonable concentration of in-situ stress diffusion, transmission or dissolution, to avoid sand damage by external forces, effectively prevent soil erosion, landslides, debris flow and other phenomena.

The typical PP non woven geotextile fabric features are high tensile strength and puncture resistance. Due to use of plastic fiber that makes it in dry and wet state can maintain sufficient strength and elongation.
