Composite geomembrane liner is a water impermeable material composed of geotextile and geomembrane. The composite geomembrane liner has the functions and advantages of both geotextiles and geomembranes. The geotextile layer increases essential tensile strength and the geomembrane layer provides excellent impermeable, leak and moisture proof. Composite geomembrane is mainly used for anti-seepage civil engineering applications. Its anti-seepage performance mainly depends on the anti-seepage performance of the geomembrane.
Composite geomembrane liner has high physical and mechanical performance indicators such as tensile strength, tear resistance, bursting, etc. The composite geomembrane liner has the characteristics of high strength, good elongation performance, large deformation modulus, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and good permeability resistance, etc. It can meet the needs of civil engineering in water conservancy, municipal administration, construction, transportation, subway, tunnel, engineering construction, seepage prevention, isolation, reinforcement, crack prevention and reinforcement. Because it uses HDPE material and anti-aging agent is added in the production process, it can be used in unconventional temperature environment. 1) One layer Geotextile and one layer membrane, weight of base geotextile is 100gsm -1000 gsm, thickness of geomembrane is 0.1mm-1.5mm.
2) Two layers geotextile and one layer membrane, weight of base geotextile is 80gsm – 600 gsm, thickness of geomembrane is 0.2mm-1.5mm.
3) One layer geotextile and two layers membrane, weight of base geotextile: 100 gsm – 1000gsm, thickness of geomembrane is 0.1mm-0.8mm.
4) Multi-layers composite geomembrane, weight of base geotextile is 100gsm – 1000gsm, thickness of geomembrane is 0.1mm-1.5mm.
