High density polyethylene liner, also called HDPE Liner,  is defined as an impermeability synthetic or reinforced bituminous sheet for oil tank application. The high density polyethylene liner is used extensively in tank lining and transportation applications (tunnels), environmental applications (landfills, sand reservoirs) and geotechnical related applications (dams) in substitution or in addition to compacted clay, bentonite, concrete, steel and bituminous materials. BPM high density polyethylene liner is made of finest quality high density polyethylene (HDPE) with specially formulated, virgin polyethylene resin, combined with specified quantity carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging agent and UV resistance components. Welding or adhesive techniques are used to bond the high density polyethylene liner with the inside wall  of oil tank together. Oil leakage oil petrochemical plants inevitably occurs in transportation, processing, storage, etc, which will cause oil to leak into the sea through soil pores to make the sea  polluted.

Our XinJiang customer inquired high density polyethylene liner for oil containment project by in October, 2018. The project requires HDPE impermeable geomembrane for construction. He sent us a inquiry for 60,000 square meters high density polyethylene liner. For fear of the Anti-seepage performance of our products, he came to visit our geomembrane factory and finally confirmed the quality of our high density polyethylene liner, then he signed order contract with us. More importantly, we have given our customers a detailed introduction on how to use and how to install the HDPE liner. After the supply, our factory sent two technician to the site to start construction. After 15 days of intense laying, the construction was completed three days earlier than expected.
